a. We have improved the efficiency of our plateform of analysis of Tissular and Cellular Expression (TCE). We now routinely work with paraffin embedded slices and realize immuno-histochemistry and/or in situ hybridization on this material.
b. We decided to focus our resources on the validation of 3 of the 6 immunosuppressives targets that were selected with our Dynamic Model IMMUNODYN. We have designed peptides inhibiting the interactions between these targets. Thee peptides are used to transfect Lymphocytes. The cytokine profile and the proliferation rate of the lymphocytes are determined.
c. During the last quarter our technology of modeling has started to be evaluated by potential customers. These evaluation should be completed during the second semester of 2010.
