Primarily focused on cancer, neuronal degeneration and epilepsy, Helios Biosciences is your partner to help you to streamline your Drug Discovery process thanks to a unique technology integrating the dynamic dimension of biological processes. Helios develops a variety of offers to help the identification and characterization of therapeutic targets and biomarkers:

SIMPATHWAY (Smart Integrated Molecular Pathway) is a curated, directed and annotated molecular interaction network of intracellular signal transduction, delivered as a database that also includes query and data representation software.

PROPAGAPATH (Signal Propagation Analysis in Pathways) reveals the main molecular pathways involved in the physio-pathological processes of interest.

DYNAPATH: Helios Biosciences offers a new paradigm in systems biology: by introducing the dynamic dimension in the study of biological regulatory pathways, accurate therapeutic targets are characterized.

Take an analogy with car traffic. SIMPATHWAY would be a geographic map linking cities, PROPAGAPATH would highlight the most used roads during specific events, DYNAPATH would dynamically analyse the consequences of accidents (pathology) or aid services (cures) on the traffic.

Tissue & cell expression: Helios BioSciences' know-how and 20 years of expertise have enabled our company to optimize mRNA and protein expression analyses, using fast and cost-efficient techniques. Helios BioSciences caters from experimental scheme design to result interpretation and ready-to-publish pictures.

New Year Message.

Testimonies
I warmly recommend resorting to Helios BioSciences for any operation of mRNA detection in the brain as well as in other tissues. Their professionalism, their know-how, their dynamism, their customer care and adaptability make them now indispensable collaborators."

Bruno Giros, PhD, Director of the INSERM Research Department U-513, "Neurobiology and Psychiatry"

The primary roadblock in exploring neuromuscular junctions is their relatively small size (~50nm). Helios has certainly shown that it is capable of overcoming barriers and exploring new grounds in science through dedication and persistence."

Javad Nazarian, M.S., The Children's National Medical Center, Washington DC.
